Reservations Policy
Reservations are guaranteed by payment in full. An email confirming payment has been received will then be sent.
All prices are in Pounds sterling and are fully inclusive of electricity, central heating, use of towels, bed linen, toiletries and a selection of books, games and DVDs, during your stay with us.
Cancellation
Cancellation before the deposit has been received incurs no cost, however your deposit is non-refundable. Should you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your expected arrival date, the balance of your booking will only be repaid if the cottage is re-let. An administrative charge of £25 may be made for cancellations.
If, in exceptional circumstances, we have to cancel your booking, we will refund the full cost of your payment, plus an extra £25 goodwill payment. Our liability does not extend beyond this refund.
